The hotel had a modern look to it with clean and tidy rooms, but some areas needed better attention to detail. The service was polite and pleasant overall. The location was convenient for our plans, right across from the Savemart Center and with a Starbucks nearby. The dining options were limited and not very appealing. Overall, it offered a decent value for the price paid.
The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable but lacked basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner. The new AC/Heater provided a sense of security, but the overall condition seemed to have received a cheap and unprofessional fixer-upper job. The service was unprofessional and rude, falling short on knowledge and courtesy. The location was centralized for various needs, but certain aspects like the stained and faded sofa affected the experience. The dining options were minimal and disappointing, offering only basic items like toast and bad coffee.
The hotel has spacious rooms, though a bit old-fashioned, but clean. The breakfast is not impressive, and the WiFi may cause some frustration at times. On the positive side, the rooms are very spacious and clean.
